  • Plain rectangular roll
  • Cottage cheese
  • 2 mozzarella balls
  • 3 half-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • Chivers

  • Defrost the bread for around 10 minutes and then cook for 7-9 minutes at 190-200°C.
  • Cut the cucumber into slices. Cut the Mozzarella balls in two.
  • Chop the chives.
  • Cut the bread, but do not separate the two halves.
  • Spread the fromage blanc on the bottom half of the bread, then add the half dried tomatoes
  • Then the 4 half-balls of Mozzarella and three slices of cucumber.
  • Sprinkle on the chives.
  • Close the sandwich.
