- Plain rectangular roll
- Cottage cheese
- 2 mozzarella balls
- 3 half-dried tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- Chivers
Preparation steps
- Defrost the bread for around 10 minutes and then cook for 7-9 minutes at 190-200°C.
- Cut the cucumber into slices. Cut the Mozzarella balls in two.
- Chop the chives.
- Cut the bread, but do not separate the two halves.
- Spread the fromage blanc on the bottom half of the bread, then add the half dried tomatoes
- Then the 4 half-balls of Mozzarella and three slices of cucumber.
- Sprinkle on the chives.
- Close the sandwich.
